Industrial Suppliers and Engineering Forum (ISEF) is a platform for private and public dialogue, exchange of experience, and common, industry specific constraints as well as a matchmaking platform. The entire day is dedicated to Moldovan SMEs development and their linkages with the global value chains, forming industrial and engineering competencies in the Republic of Moldova and international participants.

Also, we want to emphasize talent development to meet the growing request for qualified engineers. Complementing the efforts of the local stakeholders is a contribution to shifting the country's focus to engineering activities and its growing potential to steer innovation into the local engineering approaches. This globally emerging sector globally opens large career opportunities to the youth as well as infinite business opportunities.

The organizers and partners of the event aim to convey the message that engineering and technical education, as well as improving business infrastructure for engineering and R&D related companies are high priorities for Moldova.

One on One B2B Meetings

The B2B Meetings will be held in a dedicated space within the Forum and take place in the format of One-on One Meetings, as an initiative to provide both, Moldovan and international companies the opportunity to meet in order to explore the possibilities of cooperation, build linkages or develop new markets.

The One- on- One B2B Meetings aims to be highly customized when it comes to business matchmaking. The organizer team will involve and support each participant to organize the perfect business match, according to the needs of each business case.

Engineering Career Fair

At the Engineering Career Fair, national and international companies will promote their vacancies and job offers for graduates and professionals.

Organizers' target is to highlight local industry players and promote local engineering capabilities. Engineering Career Fair is organized in the period when students in the last year of study are looking for employment opportunities.

The event comes to complement the efforts of the vocational guidance campaign for high school graduates in choosing a professional career.
